Several of the retail brands we offer have logo guidelines that we must abide by; we reserve the right to cancel orders with logos that do not conform to those guidelines.

 Can I specify a PMS color for my imprint?

Yes. However, in some cases, exact PMS matching isn’t possible, but we’ll get as close as we possibly can.  Please include a message about PMS colors in the “Comments” section of the logo upload page after your review your cart.  We’ll reach out if we have any questions.

How many stitches can I use in my logo?

You can use up to 10,000 stitched per logo.  Logo designs over 10,000 stitches will require an additional fee.

What if I need a larger logo than 10,000 stitches? Or two logos?

Most logos that are embroidered fall under our 10,000-stitch count limit. If a logo has more than 10,000 stitches, it’s typically because the design of the logo is very detailed, contains a high quantity of colors, large in size, or heavy in background filling.

For logos over our 10,000 stitch limit, please add .50 per 1000 stitches.

What kind of artwork can I upload?

We prefer high-resolution PNG, JPEG, or PDF files. However, we will work with whatever you have!

Where do I upload my artwork?

 Once you have selected your items, added them to your cart and reviewed your cart for accuracy, you will be directed to the logo upload page where you will be prompted to upload your logo and select your logo location.

Here you may also leave specific instructions in the ‘comments’ section.

Can I make edits to my logo?

We are currently working on a Logo File section within the customer account page where you will be able to select any of your logos on file and make edits as needed.  In the meantime, please contact us with any edits you may need.

Will I see a proof before my order goes into production?

Yes! We will never go into production until you have approved the proof for your logo.  However, we will not send a proof for reorders using the same logo as previously used.

Do you keep my art on file?

Yes. We keep your artwork on file to make reordering and using your logo on future products as easy as possible.



How does your pricing work?

The prices you see on each product page and at checkout include the cost of the item and one logo per item up to 10,000 stitches.  Additional logo locations can be added at a cost of $5.00 per location.

We will offer discounts on large orders on a per product basis.  Please call to inquire about large bulk order discounts.



Do you have a minimum order quantity?

For embroidered gear we require a minimum quantity of 6 pieces per logo which you can distribute across all styles, except hats.  Hats require their own logo setup so therefore we also require a minimum of 6 pieces when ordering hats.

For screen-print gear, we require a minimum quantity of 12pieces per logo which you can distribute across all styles.

Because we do not charge set up fees and run fees, it is necessary to require these minimums to offset these high extra costs.


What type of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and pre-approved Net 30 terms.

When do you charge my credit card?

We authorize your card once you place the order on our website and funds are collected within 24 hours of order placement.

 Can I use gift cards on your website?

Currently, we do not offer nor accept gift cards; however, we are working to provide this option in the near future.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel your order at any time prior to the order going into production. Once items have been decorated with your logo, we can no longer accept a cancellation. If you need to change your order for any reason contact us and we will be happy to assist you.



How long will my order take to process?

This may vary depending on the characteristics of your order, such as the size of your order and the complexity of any logos, and your shipping requirements. Typically, orders are shipped within 5 to 7 business days after approval of your proof (if required).

Can I expedite my order?

If you need to expedite you order ahead of the typical production time of 5-7 days, please contact us and we will do everything we can to expedite your order in the timeframe you need.



Can I ship to multiple locations?

Yes, we do offer drop-shipping to individual locations. Please contact us for more information. 



What if I am unhappy with my order and want to return it?

If you’re not satisfied with any item‚ simply return it to us at any time and we will refund your payment or replace your order.
